      Nankai University professor Chen Yongsheng undertook the project “Development of Solar Cell and Super Capacitor based on High Efficiency and Flexibility of Carbon Nano-Materials” (2011.1.1-2013.12.31), has achieved a series of international leading research results. Achieved controllable preparation of Carbon nanotubes and graphene. The energy density of the super capacitor based on graphene carbon material has reached 98Wh/kg,and keep good rate performance and cycling performance. The efficiency of solar cell base on solution-treated small molecules has been refreshing the world record in the same field, beyond 9% at present, reached the international advanced level.
