The Centre of Urban Transport Emission Research (CUTER) lab participate in Tianjin Emission Inventory Program of the Environmental Monitoring Center of Tianjin. It is combined with “bottom-up” and “top-down” approaching the mobile and dust sources to figure out the characterizations, to conduct the survey of emission factor verification and activity level of main atmospheric pollutants such as PM10、PM2.5、SO2、NOx、VOCs、CO、BC、OC. It aims to develop an emission inventory of high spatial and temporal resolution on forecasting air warning, source apportionment, controlling measurements establishment and evaluation effect. A dynamic update platform is established based on GIS with emission inventory as a core, containing the function of pollution characterization analysis, evaluation of controlling measurements and dynamic pollution update information.
