November 3rd, Nankai University’s Key Laboratory of Bioactive Material Research (Ministry of Education) held the Examination and Evaluation Meeting. The Ministry of Education organized a group of experts to carry forward the evaluation of the laboratory. The leader of the group was Cui Daxiang, Professor at Shanghai Jiaotong University. President Gong Ke and Vice Chancellor Wang Lei attended the meeting.
The Ministry of Education regularly organizes this kind of Examination and Evaluation Meeting in different areas to evaluate its key laboratories. This specific meeting covers a period from 2011 to 2015. Nankai University’s Key Laboratory of Bioactive Material Research and Key Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology and Technology accepted the evaluations. The delegations of the two laboratories have already attended the Initial Evaluation Meeting for Ministry Education’s key laboratories in the field of Life Sciences held in Beijing in September 2016, receiving positive comments.
