Chinese Science Daily: Professional Third-party Assessment Institution of Scientific and Technological Achievements was Established in Yunnan

Sponsored by Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) of CPC and the People’s Government of Yunnan Province, the 3rd Introduction Meeting for Scientific and Technological Products in Yunnan Province was held in Kunming, in which 933 programs were signed.
The programs included the strategic cooperation agreements between the People’s Government of Yunnan Province and Nankai University, Tianjin University, Southeast University, Wuhun University, Beijing University of Chemical Technology and Guangzhou Pharmacy Company. Yunnan Provincial Academy of Science and Technology also signed cooperative agreements with ZKHC Assessment Institution (Beijing), Kunming BIT Hi-tech Business Incubator co., Ltd, Guangdong Academy of Science, South China University of Technology, South China Agricultural University and other units.
The event not only brought in a large amount of important science and technology cooperation programs, but also introduced the professional third-party assessment institution of scientific and technological achievement: ZKHC Assessment Institution (Beijing). This is the first professional third-party assessment institution of scientific and technological achievement in China approved by MOST. Great efforts had been made by Science and Technology Agency of Yunnan Province and Beijing Science and Technology Commission before ZKHC’s recent inclusion as an important project of the scientific and technological cooperation between Beijing and Yunnan.
ZKHC Assessment Institution signed cooperative agreements with Yunnan Provincial Academy of Science and Technology and Kunming BIT Hi-tech Business Incubator co., Ltd. Thus three sides will fully take their advantages of resources and professional services, and provide one-stop scientific and technological service for enterprises, universities and institutes of Yunnan Province in developing sci-tech achievement evaluation, intellectual property protection, inspection and testing, sci-tech novelty retrieval, capital connection, introduction of high-level talent, technological problem tackling, professional talent training for technology transfer, technology transfer and achievement transformation and so on.
